HOW DO I INSTALL PRESETS ON THE MOBILE APP OR ON DESKTOP?

 When you purchase you'll be sent I file with instructions on how to install. 

HOW DO I RECEIVE PRESETS?

Once purchased the presets will be sent to your email for download immediately.

I PURCHASED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING. WHAT HAPPENED?

Check your junk mail first but if it's not in there than your email was most likely entered incorrectly. Please email me vandersluis.melanie@gmail.com so I can correct your email and resend you the link.

CAN I USE THESE PRESETS ON MY GOPRO AND DRONE PICTURES?

Yes!

CAN I USE THESE PRESETS ON MY PHONE? 

Yes. Make sure you purchase "mobile" presets and not "desktop"

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RAW AND JPEG?

When shooting in JPEG, image information is compressed and lost. With RAW, no information is compressed so you're able to produce higher quality images, as well as correct problem images (when editing) that would be unrecoverable if shot in a JPEG format.
